We had a large order and some of the order was incorrect. I paid for 4 egg rolls, 2 of them were supposed to be shrimp and the other 2 were supposed to be veggie. For only two it was $5, we received 2 pork and 2 spring veggie rolls,the rest was nasty

Food tasted like it was reheated and peas in frice was hard. ordered two different kinds of chicken and it was the same sauce used. smh

It was a rainy night and delivery was slow, nearly 2 hours from time of order and they forgot the drinks but the food was good. I'm sure we will order again.

The food was okay but clearly they don’t read the extra comments or special instructions. I asked for white rice and got fried rice. I also asked for no cabbage in the lo mein and it was packed full.

They are so popular they sometimes get overwhelmed with deliveries. Beyond Menu will provide you with a delivery time, but it is frequently not accurate because they are so behind. If they are that behind, your order might be ready but sit a bit....so it isn't as hot as it could be. Nothing a microwave can't fix, but all that is what knock me down a star. The quality of their food is worth it all, though.

My order arrived in a greasy paper bag, but neither of our plates had enough spillage to justify. Also, my order was missing the white rice. By the time we realized it, the restaurant was closed.

The delivery was fast. For the price of the General chicken, it should have included white rice. That would have been nice. I asked for the dumplings to include 2 additional dipping sauces. They were not in there. Did NOT get an msg headache, a plus.

It took over and hour to get my food. I kept calling the restaurant the young lady would say the driver is on he way. Didn't know it takes almost two hours to drive 2.3 miles.

The food was FRESH and delivery was QUICK. It lacked a little flavor initially, but after it sat overnight and the flavors had a chance to meld, it all came together and was phenomenal. Give it a try!

Food was still nice and hot on arrival. Tea is excellent and I like that it's offered in a large size. I will order again. Delivery was a little slow, so if you're starving be prepared to wait.

We like the vegetable rolls much more than egg rolls. Crab puffs are always awesome. We get both items at least once a month. Always great.

This was my first time ordering form here and I will be ordering again! The food was really good and it was delivered within 35 minutes of placing the order and we are about 10 miles away in lunch traffic. The best egg rolls I think I've ever had!!!

We ordered enough for 4 people asked for extra soy sauce what did we receive only 4 packs. The driver was nice however he had no change not even a 5, so he got one heck of a tip!
